After having gone through 3 different repair shops 16 years ago I found travel land. I have been with them ever since. I have purchased 2 boats from them and had service on them and and a larger boat that is now 21 years old. In all of this time Tim, Roger and MOM have treated me very well. Their service dept has been very good in all aspects for all of my boats. Just to let you know the two boats I purchased needed very little service. The original boat I brought to them is bigger and is used on salt water mostly. They have kept it in tip top shape so that when I go to Puget Sound I have no worries or concerns.

My experience at Traveland RV and Marine was exceptional. I'm a skeptic by nature in respect to repair shops. Pete got me at "of course I'm going to charge you for a quote if you don't have me do the work". My boat repairs were actually done about a week ahead of time. Pete emphasized that communication with the customer was of the utmost importance, which he was very good in doing. Pete and an employee went well above the call of duty when I requested to have the old damaged part put into the box of the new part so I could take it home (my wife's request). That guaranteed me another year of marriage. In meeting my request Pete climbed into a dumpster that he had already checked to find the box just to satisfy me. The box couldn't be found. Pete and an employee were able to find the packaging material from the new part in another dumpster and we're able to put my old part into it, much to my satisfaction. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. If they didnt know the answer they found out instead of guessing like salesmen tend to do. The store staff were great and she walked us through items we needed as well as some convince items.

Great Job when purchased the boat. No pressure, knowledgeable and dealt with me fairly and honestly on new boat purchase and on my trade. When it came time to take care of warranty work - they worked with me and even squeezed me into a tight work schedule to get me back on the water for the weekend! Really appreciated.

Very happy with Travelland. Rich and I talked over phone before I came over from Grapeview Washington. He worked hard to get me hard numbers before I made the 6 hour trip over with my trade in.
